When you submit a purchase inquiry, we collect the products you're requesting and any message you include. We do not collect or store payment card details on this site — payment happens directly between you and us via Zelle or Apple Pay after we follow up by email.

How we use information

We use your account and inquiry information to respond to purchase requests, fulfill and ship orders, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cart data

Items you add to your cart are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so your cart persists between visits. This data is not sent to us until you sign in and submit a purchase inquiry.

Third parties

Sign-in is handled by Google and/or Apple, subject to their respective privacy policies. Shipping information is shared with our carriers solely to deliver your order.
